He would look to her and would lift a brow slightly. " She is not going to hurt you Oota at all.. I can see that you are scared of her but there is no reason to be.. It is just a thing."

She looks at him then looks back at the helicopter. She's never seen anything like it. She stares at it awhile. It's no different than the ship we're on?

A nod of his head was given " That is right. It is no different then the ship.. Just that the ship is way bigger and has allot more weapons and people"

What do you mean more weapons? Wouldn't the prper sentence be only the ship has weapons? She looks at him alarmed. You mean that thing is armed?!

She jumps a bit. She then hides behind him scared of the wolf. She thinks it's going to hurt her despite the fact there's noone inside.

"Well It was in a TV show back in 1983 area if I remember right.. It is not a real chopper other then it is a bell 222.. The weapons in real life would not work as they did in the tv show."
"But I do wounder what would happen if they did."

Interesting. She's pretty, but this is as close as I want to get. She's afraid right now to get any closer to it in case those weapons come armed on it's own.

He walked over " Arch" As it would apper he would close out the program and would look to her. " See you around Oota. Take it easy and stay out of truble" With that he would leave.

She slowly stands up. She follows him out of the holodeck. She wanted to leave a personal log about this somewhere, but wasn't clear to what she wanted it all to say. She heads back to her quarters the opposite direction he's heading.

::Shian and McCoy approached the doors to Holodeck 1. She stopped at the panel and turned to the doctor.::
So, do you have a program already set for this... therapy?
::She still wasn't quite sure how this was supposed to go, but she had the basic gist of it. Somehow the whole prospect of breaking objects to release stress and frustration brought up a memory from her childhood.::
::She remembered only bits and pieces of it, but she knew when and where it was. It was in the next few days after her parents were notified of Jax's death. The parts she could remember were her mother crying a lot, and her father being in a foul mood without anyone saying a word to him.::
::She had walked into Jax's room once and her father was in there. Just as she'd opened the door, she saw a frame fly across in front of her and smash into the wall. It had been one of his Academy certificates.::
::She turned around and closed the door and ran to her own room. She could remember being scared. She'd never seen her father in such a state. It was several more days before she even dared look at her father.::
::He didn't explain his actions or apologize, but he would spontaneously pull her to him and hug her. Once or twice, she thought she heard him sobbing as he did.::
::Just before she'd left for Starfleet Academy herself, he had a talk with her. He expressed his pride and his concerns for her. But, ultimately, he let her go.::
::And she was more than sorry that he died thinking she was already dead. She didn't find out until she had been at Starbase 173 for over a month. She would eventually need to make the time to grieve and reconcile with it.::
::But, at the moment, she had to deal with the here and now. Brock was her foundation for this. And she had to recover herself first.::
::She looked over at the doctor again, not quite realizing how much time she'd spent in her own thoughts.::
Are we ready to give this a try, Doctor?

Well, :: He began Stepping Into the main area of the holodeck::
That's the beauty of this. It really doewn't need a Program, per se, But we'll just start with something easy.
Computer, ::He spoke:: One set of flatware.
::The Computer chirped:: "Specify style, make and era"
Oh.......::Looks at Shian::
Any particular style of china you'd prefer? American? French Provincial? Betazoid flatware is very ornate and elegant.
What's your pleasure?

::Shian looked at him with an oddly curious expression as they walked into the huge gridded room.::
Flatware and china are two entirely different things, Doctor.
But as for which I'd choose, what, for breaking? For throwing? If that's what I'm going to be doing with them, then wouldn't it make more sense if it's something I don't particularly care for?
::She thought about it. It would be the logical thing, she supposed.::
So how about something that's really... not something I would ever have.
::She didn't want to use the word "ugly" necessarily. Just something that she didn't particularly like would suffice.::
Like something flowery or maybe too ornate for practical use?
::Shian was beginning to think that this might end up being enjoyable for her. She just wasn't sure how to take it.::

Flatware, China, whatever. I'm a Dr, not a caterer.
Hmm lets see Computer! mid 20th century earth, Floral desighn set of plates and cups and saucers.
::There was a sparkle for a moment and a table appeared before them of plates. They were white, with gold plates edges. not real gold. the pattern was a rosey floral design, and not a very good one at that.::
Now I'd call those ugly. I would'nt feed my bird dog on those things.
::He walked over an d picked up a plate, Flung it into the wasll, watching shatter an pulverize.::
See? That's not so hard, is it? Your turn!

::Shian watched as he picked up the plate and threw it.::
::Looking at the dishes he chose to create in the holodeck, she nearly laughed. But she picked up one of the plates, deciding that someone, somewhere on Earth back in the mid-20th century had some horrible ideas of design.::
::A fleeting thought that she and Brock had never even looked for their own china pattern occurred to her, but this wasn't the time. She made a mental note, though, to bring it up to him sometime.::
::She chucked the plate towards the wall and watched it shatter just as the one that McCoy threw had done.::
::She looked over at him.::
How was that?
::She wasn't sure what that was supposed to accomplish, though.::

Well, It broke, didn't it? ::Chuckles::
You know, when I was a boy, my father used to take me fishing. There was this big 'ol Bass in the fishing hole we used to go to. his name was Bubba. Everyone we knew who ent to that fishing hole had it in for that poor fish.
he had escaped capture more times than....well, more than Captain Kirk. ::Laughs::
Well, this one time, I actually caught the Son of a b*tch! My Dad helped me reel him in, we had him in the boat. I too the lure out of his mouth, he squirmed, slipped out of my hands, then somehow managed to jump off the boat!
Do you know how mad I was at that d**ned fat fish? I had him! And evrytime I think about old Bubba, I feel like victory escaped me.
d**n that fish! ::He threw a plate at the wass, only this time a little harder:: Jumped right out of my boat! That kills me!
::He threw another, and then grabbed a teacup and hurled that, afterward regaining composure.::
Well, that felt good.
Now tell me what's frustrating you the most right now.

::She actually flinched as each of the pieces he threw hit the wall. She could see what he was getting at with this.::
Well, one thing that's frustrating me is trying to get over this whole situation.
::She knew that wouldn't be enough, though. It would need to be something more specific. More focused. She thought about it for a moment.::
I'm frustrated that I can't trust myself.
::She picked up another plate and hurled it towards the wall. It smashed and the pieces clattered to the floor.::
And it frustrates me that I get so anxious when there are others around.
::She grabbed one of the saucers and flung it into the same spot that the plate had gone. She looked down at the table that was laden with dishes and chose another plate, throwing it as she yelled out this time.::
...that I wasn't here for my husband when I needed to be!
::Her breathing was more labored, her heart rate increased, and this plate hit the wall a bit harder than the previous ones had.::
::She stood there, staring at the spot where the dishes had broken.::

But that wasn't something you had any control over! You were a victim of a war. and a d**n lucky one if you ask me. you came back. How many didn't?
::He threw a plate:: How many never came home to be with the loved ones who needed them!
You did. Did it ever occur to yo how grateful Brock is that his wife returned to him? He loves you and he's dedicated to you. And he's determined to get this out of your system.
You got your home back, you got your husband back, and little by little You're getting your life back. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.
Of course your angry! Yo were taken and held against your will. You were manipulated, you felt helpless to escape. It;s ok to be angry about that. who wouldn't be?
Bring some of that up. and it;s ok to think about wanting to kill them. That's only natural.
Bring it up, Shian, get it outside of you and out in front of you where you can see it.
